When checking your frame size what finger do you wrap around your wrist to meet your thumb?
My index finger just touches my thumb. My ring and middle finger overlap. Do I have small or medium frame?
It's your middle finger and thumb.
You wrap them around at that point between the wrist bone (that bony bump on the outside of the wrist) and your hand.
If your fingers overlap then you have a small frame. If they just touch it's medium. If they barely touch it's large.
