How to get faster for football with the Olympic movement

speed "> How to get faster and stronger for football and the speed increase with the Olympic movement

When it comes to title = "The power of football and increase speed "> increase the speed of the game and getting stronger and faster for football, weightlifting became an important source of controversey.

I always found it funny how changes to football coach of the clock. Ten years ago, only better schools college football use the Olympic lifts in their strength and speed of construction programs. So if you filter to the point where almost all football players school in the country at least by clean energy. However, in recent years has been a reaction against the use of elevators Olympic football programs of weight training.

Critics say that weightlifting is difficult to teach, difficult to learn and can be easily replaced by the speed or dynamic work.

The Olympic host proclaims Levante everyone tries to clean the sprinters sprint (for the first 10yds, anyway)

If the Olympics lifts useful for increasing the speed of soccer and become stronger on the football field?

The truth, as usual, lies somewhere in between.

Enjoy some myths, offers some truths, and I'll show you how to use the Olympic lifts in your training program for football that everyone is happy.

Cleanliness and Safety Squats - The war continues

The main argument for not using the Olympic lifts Powerlifting world delivered in a safe standing is king. It is said that the Fund Squats really clean produce more explosive.

Once for all, which is more explosive - a clean energy squat or a dynamic image?

"A Clean Power starts at the plant, which collects home bar in a control, once the bar passes the knees, the athlete runs the bar and catch it in a squat ¼.

In a dynamic Box Squats (with bands or chains) that the athlete door bar, sits down (pre-stretching of hams and glutes), descends to get pulled down by the force of the band, sits down and relaxes muscles, while keeping some other stress, then you must activate all the muscle fibers time to explode the weight upwards.

According description, just to see what is best for speed training football!

Remember, we are here after a training explosive, the goal is to not only be strong, but strong and fast.

While doing training for football speed, they have to do with the explosion and not just the straight-line speed. We have to build muscles quickly to cut or give a helping Removes idiot.

However, this does not mean that clean energy should not be done!

Still based explosive, but from a different path. They are extremely useful for inflating the upper back and traps as well.

Hip-won power explosive Clean only the effort to learn at least in base form is well worth it. Use them as workout gear or other uses that the movement of heavy legs. Stay flush representatives, sets the bar high and move as quickly as possible!

They take much time to teach!

I agree with critics of the O-lift here. For many coaches, especially small budgets, which are mainly football coaches and Coaches second force, the act of teaching to clean energy can be intimidating. Frankly players over the years I have seen that despite the best efforts coach, too unathletic to achieve a clean environment. Now, usually are not good football players, or for taken into account.

If a coach did not make weight lifting, or take a course USAW, so go ahead.

But if you are not sure, then do not teach!

There is a much simpler way to use these explosive lifts, thereby avoiding problems.

Variations Olympic football Increase explosive power, endurance and speed

Weightlifting can be difficult, but their changes and movements of aid and does not produce much of the same effects.

Here are some of the best assistance Olympics Levante moves for football:

raised grip Snatch

Much wider grip Snatch Grip Dead used only is constrained to a lower position, so the hamstrings and glutes work harder. In addition, earnings for the work of the entire back becomes.

Whenever the hamstrings may involve more the better of you is to build leg strength and speed, especially for football! If your ham is weak, they forget quickly.

I would use a belt because of the wide support SnDL.

This is a "Go heavy" of the year. Treated the same way you regularly Dead - representatives of heavy, low, several sets.

Romanian raised

RDL like a dead weight of the right leg, except that instead of just bending and pulling up the bar, hips must travel back bending. These are widely used in O-lifting circles. For many, the SLDL neglect the hamstrings, while that overwork your lower back. This is particularly true for the short leg, long torso push.

RDL has probably done more for the hamstrings and glutes than any other year, with the exception of dead weight. It's really a movement very much underestimated, both for sport performance and aesthetics. Remember that your tendons of the ham are largely responsible for his speed on the football field, we must not lose.

Be sure to keep your back to flat, you can use both clean and handles to pull the change. This is a movement in which you definitely want to keep the rehearsals low. 4 X 6 is a diagram of a representative good starting point. With the weather can make this movement a representative heavy low, but if you have not done much RDL'ing, then start with 4 x 6.

Really push your hips back, stretch your hams, then booming.

Clean and Snatch Pull

These have always been one of my favorites. Due to the slow start followed by the explosive pop, are ideal for football training. In addition, they give you huge traps ... and who does not like big traps?

Clean and Snatch pulls are ideal for those who have difficulty mastering the full version of the elevator. Just Grip and Rip.

Although these did not eccentric phase, the slow start can teach discipline and ability to operate a slow start, but stocks. There are times where it should be done on the football field, so you'd better train for it.

Band fits into the lower body day, preferably after you move heavy for the day.

Go with representatives of several sets low bar to maintain honesty and theft. 5-8 x 3 is a good starting point.

Grip Lifting
How can i make my own weight lifting GRIPS to prevent callus?

my gym sells these 5 inch by 6 inch pads that are used to hold the weights and prevent callus. it is almost the same material as the bottom of a mouse pad. i was wondering if anyone would have an idea what material this would be so i dont have to spend 12$ every-time i lose these grips?

you can just buy a set of weightlifting gloves for $5 at big 5 sporting goods.

however, the best thing is just to use chalk. chalk dries your hands and makes it easier to grip the bar. it reduces callus formation and prevents existing calluses from tearing. gloves and grips increase the diameter around which you have to grip, which actually makes it harder to hold on.

just suck it up and accept that hard work means your entire body will be stressed--including your palms--and adapt.
