I don't know if the super puffy ones are good for knocking out your opponent or it's vice versa. I'm all confused here.
Use 16oz. Or 18oz. It's better for your safety and your conditioning.buy some headgear also.You think using knockout gloves are cute?What happens if you get knocked out?Will you be wishing you had bought those smaller gloves then?Anyway....For Professional Matches 8oz. is used.In Amateur Matches Either 12oz. or 10oz. is used.I used 10oz.
