exercises to avoid while trying to conceive?
iam ttc for more than a yr.doc said exercise moderately.i hit the gym 3 times a week,lift weights and do cardio.what r the "cardio "exercises i should avoid?i stopped lifting weights.should i just stick to the treadmill and avoid the elliptical and cycling?
I don't see any reason to stop doing everything you were doing before. Just don't work out like a freak for like 5 hours a day & you should be fine. I have always heard to keep with your regular routine...if your doctor says otherwise, I would call him to clarify what he suggests. But otherwise, I wouldn't worry about that. Good luck ttc!!
